RESOLUTION NO. 90- 33 <br />1. All the above recitals are true and affirmed. <br />2. That portion of Cambridge Park shown as Lots <br />28, 29, 30, 31 and immediately surrounding common areas as <br />shown on Plat Book 12, Pages 98, 98A, 98B and 98C, Publ is <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, and as more <br />specifically described and depicted on the attached Exhibits <br />"A" and "B" is returned to acreage. <br />3. This vacation shall become effective upon <br />filing of a certified copy of this resolution in the Offices <br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and the recording of this <br />resolution in the Public Records of Indian River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Scurlockand seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
