RESOLUTION NO. 90- 35 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SETTING A TIME <br />AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />SUMMERPLACE AND SPRING PLACE SUBDIVISIONS AND <br />OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED THEREIN MAY APPEAR BEFORE <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS <br />TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING <br />A POTABLE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, AS TO THE <br />COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br />SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-34 , determined that <br />It is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, <br />and owning property within the area described hereafter, <br />that a potable water distribution system be installed in <br />approximately 280 properties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be <br />specially assessed with respect thereto shall be 0.154900942 <br />per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused <br />an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility <br />Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, §11-46, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and <br />place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the <br />propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as <br />to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, <br />and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />11 1 <br />
