3/6/90.1(LEGAL)Reso2(Vk) <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90- 39 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY <br />ITS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 129.03(2), FLORIDA STATUTES, REQUIRING <br />THAT CERTAIN CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICERS SUBMIT THEIR <br />ANNUAL BUDGETS BY MAY IST OF EACH YEAR RATHER THAN <br />JUNE 1ST. <br />WHEREAS, under Section 129.03(2), Florida Statutes, <br />Boards of County Commissioners in Florida are given the <br />option of requiring certain constitutional officers to <br />submit their budgets a month earlier than normal; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County needs this additional <br />month to help prepare its budget documents, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that pursuant <br />to Section 129.03(2), Florida Statutes, constitutional <br />officers, who are required to submit budgets by June 1st of <br />each year, shall instead be required to submit their budgets <br />by May 1st of each year. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock r------ and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler --N--- and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert <br />Vice Chairman Richard N. Bird A�e <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C.
