WHEREAS, on January 16, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-10 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 134th Street from Roseland <br />Road to Catholic Church entrance in Town of Wauregan Subdivision; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on January 23, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-13 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on February 27, 1990 and <br />continued to April 10, 1990 and input from property owners and <br />the public received; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 134th Street from Roseland Road to <br />Catholic Church entrance in Town of Wauregan Subdivision is <br />approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances <br />of Indian River County and payment schedule proposed in <br />Resolution 90-10 is hereby extended from two years to five years. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />
