<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABA14DONING
<br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE Replat of Bent Pine Subdivision
<br />Units 3 3 4, (Unit 3), Lot 14 according to the plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 9A, of the
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as
<br />described below, and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves
<br />no public purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian
<br />,. River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State
<br />V of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to Warner Pyne, Jr.,
<br />successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose
<br />mailing address is 130 Prestwick Circle, Vero Beach, Florida
<br />32967, Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right,
<br />title, and interest that it may have in the following
<br />described easements:
<br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND
<br />INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
<br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Bird --- _M , seconded by Commissioner Bowman
<br />and adopted on the 24th--_ day of April1990 by the
<br />following vote:
