This survey plan can be conducted <br />stream for <br />through <br />varying <br />our <br />own <br />operations and the services of the franchised haulers. Where the <br />property owners of single parcels or overall <br />substantial evidence the <br />use codes provide <br />of actual waste stream for a parcel or an <br />overall use code the SWDD can accept their data for changes in a waste <br />generation rate as well. The proposed survey process and method of <br />changing the waste generation rates will be <br />addressed <br />below: <br />as <br />outlined <br />To insure an equitable application of the Assessment <br />Roll the District will perform regular wastestream <br />surveys of various Use Codes to verify the average <br />actual waste generation rate for the various businesses <br />in those Use Codes.
