6/5/90(ENG)MAT\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-23 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 35TH AVENUE FROM 4TH <br />STREET TO 6TH STREET IN CLEMANN ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1 <br />WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-63 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 35th Avenue 4th Street to 6th <br />Street in Clemann Estates Subdivision, Unit 1; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 15, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-59 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on June 5, 1990 and <br />input from property owners and the public received; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 35th Avenue from 4th Street to 6th <br />Street in Clemann Estates Subdivision, Unit 1 is approved, <br />pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian <br />River County and payment schedule proposed in Resolution 90-63 is <br />hereby extended from two years to five years. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Criirlork who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bird and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />
