CLERK <br />INMAN RIVER COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-74 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE INDIAN <br />RIVER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 7, LOT 24, <br />BLOCK "J", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS <br />RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 29, OF THE <br />PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />_ FLORIDA. <br />below, and <br />P <br />Omm <br />XM '-F <br />D <br />zXMO <br />Mev <br />P08M <br />SMzz° <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River <br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960, Grantor, to John Laird, his successor in interest, heirs <br />and assigns, whose mailing address is 231 10th Court, Vero Beach, <br />Florida 32962 Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, <br />title, and interest that it may have in the following described <br />easements: a two (2) foot portion of the side lot twelve (12) foot <br />utility and drainage easement of Lot 24, Block "J", Indian River <br />Heights Subdivision Unit No. 7, according to the plat thereof as <br />recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 29 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County, Florida: being the southerly two (2) feet of the <br />northerly twelve (12) feet of Lot 24, Block "J", Indian River <br />Heights Subdivision Unit No. 7, County Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by commissioner <br />Scurlock <br />, seconded by Commissioner Wheeler , <br />and adopted on the 5th day of June , 1990, by the <br />following vote: <br />Commissioner Eggert <br />Commissioner Wheeler <br />Commissioner Bird <br />Commissioner Bowman <br />Commissioner Scurlock <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Aye <br />Ave <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />passed and adopted this 5th , day of June , 1990. <br />
