Enclosed is a completed application for fiscal year <br />1991-1992. In addition, is a copy of the "Narrative Description" <br />with photographs for the program which encompasses improvements <br />at Wabasso Beach, Golden Sands Park, and Treasure Shores Park. <br />Also enclosed is a Resolution by the Indian River County <br />Commission authorizing this application, sketches illustrating <br />the site plan, public access and vehicular parking for each park, <br />and their legal descriptions. <br />We look forward to successful implementation of this program with <br />the cooperation and participation of the State of Florida Depart- <br />ment of Natural Resources.
