BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-82 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE KINGS <br />MUSIC LAND SUBDIVISION, LOTS 3 & 4, BLOCK 5, <br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN <br />PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />below, and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no <br />public purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River <br />County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida <br />32960, Grantor, to Alex L. George & Linda S. Ross, their successors <br />in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is P.O.
