Second Resolution <br />7/13/90(UTIL)Reso2(WMc/Vk) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 89 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SETTING A TIME <br />AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN <br />CITRUS GARDENS AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br />APPEAR 13EFOKhTHE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY <br />OF CONSTRUCTING A WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, AS TO <br />THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE <br />SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-88 , determined that <br />It is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, <br />and owning property within the area described hereafter, <br />that a water collection system be installed in approximately <br />properties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be <br />specially assessed with respect thereto shall be <br />$0.179544137 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused <br />an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility <br />Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, §11-46, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and <br />place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the <br />propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as <br />to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, <br />and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />
