aeconu rcesoiution 7/30/90(UTIL)Reso2(WM <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-92 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SETTING A TIME <br />AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON <br />HEDDEN PLACE AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br />APPEAR BETHE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY <br />OF CONSTRUCTING A WATER MAIN, AS TO THE COST <br />THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT`NTHEREFOR, AND <br />AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECI�ALLY ASSESSED <br />AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-_91_, determined that <br />It is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, <br />and owning property within the area described hereafter, <br />i` that a water main be installed in approximately 20 proper- <br />ties hereinafter described; and <br />' WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be <br />specially assessed with respect thereto shall be $4,515 per <br />` acre; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused <br />an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility <br />Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, 411-46, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and <br />place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />or any other persons Interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the <br />propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as <br />to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, <br />and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />
