Qua"M '71- <br />11/17/86 UTIL. h: <br />(PETITION) <br />PETITION FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT IMPROVEMENTS <br />0: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County <br />mmissioners, pursuant to Ordinance 81-27, may establish Special <br />sessment Districts, <br />The undersigned petitioners, being owners of property <br />tuated within the area hereinafter described, do hereby <br />tition the,Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />r the following: <br />ection 1. Purpose. That a Special District be formed for the <br />urpose of providing Water <br />Paving and drainageimprovement, street lights, water, sewer,— <br />idewalks, bicycle paths, etc.) <br />is Section II. Boundaries.
