CE RKJEF�� tc p4pl N <br />INDIAN g/V U1T COURT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-98 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS IN THE KINGS <br />MUSIC LAND SUBDIVISION, LATS 11 i 12, BLOCK 3, <br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN <br />PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easement as described below, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easement serves no public <br />purpose, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, <br />Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose <br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, <br />Grantor, to Barris S.
