Code: 5504210430 <br />Vendor No.:596000674001 <br />#+r+.te**,►*•xw::*�*tr*f kwr*,t*,►�*t4+t**x,t**,rfe,t*+rtr+t*,tte*te*,►+rw,t*wte Ott �,t tr*w*�t A+t �t**+t *it,r *,r tr**• <br />SUPPLEMENTAL JOINT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day <br />of , 19_, by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT <br />OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of Florida, hereinafter <br />called the Department, and Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners, hereinafter called the Public Agency. <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />WHEREAS, the Department and the Agency heretofore on the 27th day <br />Of June, 1989, entered into a Joint Participation Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Public Agency desires to accomplish that certain <br />project as outlined in the Amended Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department desires to participate in this project as <br />outlined in the attached Exhibit "A" for a total Department share of <br />$25,000.00 . <br />NOW, THEREFORE THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: that for and in <br />consideration of the mutual benefits to flow from each to the other, <br />the parties hereto agree that the above described Joint Participation <br />Agreement is to be amended and supplemented as follows: <br />1.00 Project Detail: <br />The Project Detail of Exhibit "A" is amended to include narrative <br />on the types and purpose of equipment to be purchased. <br />2.00 Project Budget: <br />The Project Budget of Exhibit "A" is amended to include revised <br />line items and estimated costs of equipment. <br />
