i } RESOLUTION NO. 90-126 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board does herewith assess a rate of $5.00 per parcel/acre or any portion of an acre of real property within the boundaries of the Rockridge Street Lighting Municipal Service Taxing Unit. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the millage as adopted herein shall be filed in the Office of the County Auditor and in the Public Records, and the County Auditor shall transmit forthwith a certified copy of this resolution to the Property Appraiser for Indian River County, to the Tax Collector for Indian River County, and to the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida. The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bird - who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner -Wheeler - and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye Vice Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye Commissioner Gary C.
