1990(LEGAL)Vk/JB <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-14c <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has held the necessary budget hearings as <br />provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set <br />forth in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of <br />the budgets is in the best interest of the citizens of <br />Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set <br />forth in Exhibits A, B, C, D and E to this resolution for <br />the following funds: <br />STREET LIGHTING DISTRICTS <br />Single Light Districts <br />Tierra Linda <br />ENTERPRISE E INTERNAL SERVICE FUNDS <br />Golf Course (Sand Ridge) <br />Building Department <br />Water E Sewer Utilities <br />Utilities Impact Fee <br />Citrus Grove <br />Fleet Management <br />Self Insurance Fund <br />OTHER OPERATING FUNDS <br />1985 Refunding E Improvement Bonds <br />Route 60 Sewer Assessment Bond <br />Route 60 Water Assessment Bond <br />Section 8 Rental Assistance <br />Housing Authority Fund <br />Secondary Roads Contruction Trust Fund <br />Special Law Enforcement Fund <br />911 Surcharge Fund <br />Parks Development Fund <br />Tourist Tax Fund <br />Police Academy Fund <br />Tree Fines Fund <br />Environmental Control Board <br />Court Facilities Fund <br />Petition Paving Fund <br />Road Improvement Fees <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS <br />Gifford Road Improvement <br />Indian River Blvd. North <br />Treasure Shores Park <br />New Library Construction <br />Discretionary Sales Surtax <br />
