E:+ j'4 <br />{ <br />tnira mesolution <br />(Public Hearing) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 144 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CONFIRMING THE <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH A SEWER <br />FORCE MAIN SYSTEM, LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF <br />U.S. #1 FROM TENTH AND FOURTH STREETS—ANU-ice- <br />7rlTMC- 01rS7F 17a -Tii-BE MADE OF <br />RECORD. <br />Zr 4 <br />Z A T0 <br />0 <br />ac'�<cn <br />oo - V-, w <br />SiZ° <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-95, adopted August <br />28, 1990, determined to make special assessments against <br />certain properties to be serviced by a sewer force main <br />system of the County located on the WEST SIDE OF U.S. #1 <br />FROM TENTH TO FOURTH STREETS; and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />§11-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, an assessment roll in connection with said <br />special assessments has been prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County passed Resolution No. 90-96 on August 28, 1990, <br />which set a time and place for a public hearing at which the <br />owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all <br />complaints as to said project and said special assessments, <br />and for the Board to act as required by §11-53, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on <br />Frida),_Aug1ist_31,1990, and Friday__ September _7_1990, <br />(twice one week apart and the last being at least one week <br />prior to the hearing) as required by §11-52, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />
