WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and <br />anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of <br />County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 5 through 8, Block B; Lots 2 and 3, Block C; Lots <br />1 through 9, Block D; Lots 1 through 10, Block J and <br />Lots 11 through 20, Block K; Citrus Gardens Subdivision <br />as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 81 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 42nd Avenue from 6th Street to 8th Street in <br />Citrus Gardens Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public Works <br />Project No. 8705 is hereby approved subject to the terms outlined <br />above and all applicable reTuirements of Section 11-41, et seq. <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wheeler who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Scurlock and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />PA <br />
