anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of <br />County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lues 10 through 18, Block A; Lots 1 through 9, Block B; <br />Lots 1 through 10, Block L and Lots 11 through 20, <br />Block M; Malaluka Gardens Subdivision as recorded in <br />Plat Book 4 Page 10 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 42nd Avenue from loth Street to 12th Street in <br />Malaluka Gardens Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public <br />Works Project No. 8709 is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Section 11-41, <br />et seq. Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wheeler who moved its adoption.
