anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following described properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these improvement, to wit: Lues 10 through 18, Block A; Lots 1 through 9, Block B; Lots 1 through 10, Block L and Lots 11 through 20, Block M; Malaluka Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4 Page 10 of the Public Records of Indian River County. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: 1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. 2. A project providing for paving and drainage improvements to 42nd Avenue from loth Street to 12th Street in Malaluka Gardens Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 8709 is hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Section 11-41, et seq. Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Wheeler who moved its adoption.
