County Tax Deed Applications <br />The Board reviewed a letter dated May 16, 1995 and a <br />Memorandum of May 18, 1995, as follows: <br />May 16,1995 <br />Mr. Charles Vitunac <br />Indian River County Attorney <br />1840 25th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />RE: Tax Deed Applications <br />Dear Charles: <br />There are eight (8) tax certificates held by Indian River County which <br />are now eligible for tax deed applications. Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: May 18, 1995 <br />RE: County Tax Dead Applications <br />Mr. Karl Zimmermann, Tax Collector, has notified us that there are eight tax <br />certificates held by Indian River County that are eligible for tax deed <br />application; therefore, it is necessary for the Chairman to sign the eight <br />attached applications on behalf of the Board and then return them to the Tax <br />Collector along with the required fee, i.e., $472 for the cost of the 20 -year <br />tax search fee at $59 per search. <br />Requested Action: Board authorize the payment of $472 and the Chairman to <br />sign the attached tax deed applications. <br />9 <br />May 23, 1995 <br />BOOK 95 7 <br />
