Mora <br />Dated May 8. 1995 <br />DATE: May 17. 1995 <br />The Gifford Road improvement program initiated inthe mid 1980's provided for three <br />lane road widening and pedestrian improvements along North Gifford Road. At this <br />time. the attached Grade Crossing Agreement h been prepared to provide for the <br />improvements. <br />The cost of the County's share of the work is estimated to be $227.854.87. The . <br />County is also obligated to pay yearly maintenance costs in the amount of $2.657.00. <br />Approve the license agreement and authorize the chaizman to execute it on <br />behalf of the County. <br />F41 Lri, I4 - ;� <br />Deny approval. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FLrnmnv[`= <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1 whereby the agreement is approved.
