RESOLUTION NO. 90-_i1 <br />1/24/90(ENG)MAT\gfk <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 42ND AVENUE FROM 6TH STREET <br />TO 8TH STREET IN CITRUS GARDENS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-148 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 42nd Avenue from 6th Street <br />to 8th Street in Citrus Gardens Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-153 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on October 23, 1990 and <br />no complaints were heard at public hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 42nd Avenue from 6th Street to 8th <br />Street in Citrus Gardens Subdivision is approved, pursuant to <br />Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River <br />County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />
