1/24/90(ENG)MAT\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-163 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 13TH AVENUE FROM 12TH STREET <br />TO 14TH STREET IN RIVENBARK SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-151 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 13th Avenue from 12th Street <br />to 14th Street in Rivenbark Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-153 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on October 23, 1990 and <br />objections were made to the timing of the assessment payments, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 13th Avenue from 12th Street to 14th <br />Street in Rivenbark Subdivision is approved, pursuant to Section <br />11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County and <br />payment schedule proposed in Resolution 90-151 is hereby extended <br />to 5 years. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wheeler who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />
