1/24/90(ENG)MAT\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90- 164 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 2ND STREET FROM 23RD <br />AVENUE TO 24TH AVENUE HET IN INDIAN <br />RIVER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-152 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 2nd Street from 23rd Avenue <br />to 24th Avenue in Indian River Heights Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-153 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on October 23, 1990 and <br />no complaints were heard at public hearing, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 2nd Street from 23rd Avenue to 24th <br />Avenue in Indian River Heights Subdivision is approved, pursuant <br />to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River <br />County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bowman who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />
