RESOLUTION NO. 90-165 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ESTABLISHING A REVISED PLANNING DIVISION FEE <br />SCHEDULE. <br />WHEREAS, the board of county commissioners has the authority <br />to establish fees pursuant to Chapter 125 F S .-A <br />. ., <br />WHEREAS, the board of county commissioners desires to assess <br />the costs of project reviews to applicants requesting project or <br />permit approval; and <br />WHEREAS, an estimate of the staff time and cost to process <br />these reviews has been prepared. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1) Attachment A, Planning Division Fee Schedule, is hereby <br />adopted. <br />THE RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, <br />upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice Chairman, Richard N. Bird Absent <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C.
