BARTON <br />CLERK CIRCUIT COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 44TH AVENUE FROM 16TH <br />STREET NORTH TO PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-150 providing for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 44th Avenue from 16th Street <br />north to Pinewood Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 25, 1990 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 90-153 setting the date and <br />time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, costs and <br />amount of the assessment against each property owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on October 23, 1990 and <br />continued to November 6, 1990 and objections were made as to <br />whether or not this road should be paved and to the timing of the <br />assessment payments, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain paving and <br />drainage improvements to 44th Avenue from 16th Street north to <br />Pinewood Subdivision is approved, pursuant to Section 11-47, Code <br />of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River Countv and navment <br />schedule proposed in Resolution 90-150 is hereby extended to 5 <br />years. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption.
