Form TDC 000 <br />Rev. smM <br />subsection shall be null and void, and no money may be paid on such contract. The Department shall require <br />a statement from the comptroller of the Department that funds are available prior to entering into any such <br />contract or other binding commitment of funds. Nothing herein contained shall prevent the making of <br />contracts for periods exceeding one year, but any contract so made shall be executory only for the value of <br />the services to be rendered or agreed to be paid for in succeeding fiscal years; and this paragraph shall be <br />incorporated verbatim in all contracts of the Department which are for an amount in excess of twenty-five <br />thousand dollars and having a term for a period of more than one year." <br />18.00 Expiration of Contract: The Agency agrees to cbmplete the Project on or before _June 30. 1991 <br />_• If the Agency does not complete the Project within this time period, this contract will expire unless an extension <br />of the time period is granted to the Agency in writing by the Chairperson of the Transportation Disadvantaged <br />Commission. Expiration of this contract will be considered termination of the Project and the procedure established <br />in Article 9.00 of this contract shall be initiated. For the purpose of this Article, completion of project is defined as <br />the latest date by which services may have been provided or equipment funds may have been expended or obligated <br />under a purchase order, as provided in the project description (Exhibit "A"). Unless otherwise extended by the <br />Commission, all reimbursement invoices must be received by the Commissionno later than 90 days after the <br />expiration date of this contract. <br />19.00 Agreement Format: All words used herein in the singular form shall extend to and include the plural. <br />All words used in the plural form shall extend to*and include the singular. All words used in any gender shall <br />extend to and include all genders. <br />20.00 Execution of Agreement: This contract may be simultaneously executed in a minimum of two <br />counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, and such counterparts together shall <br />constitute one in the same instrument. <br />21.00 Public Access to Records: The Commission reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this agreement for <br />refusal by the agency or its contractors to allow public access to all documents, papers, letters, or other material <br />subject to the provisions of Chapter 119 and made or received in conjunction with this contract. <br />. 22.00 Sponsorship Identification: The Agency shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship <br />of the Program, state: "Sponsored by name of agency and the State of Fl6rida Transportation Disadvantaged <br />Commission ". If the sponsorship reference is in written material, the words "State of Florida Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Commission" shall appear in the same size letters or type as the name of the agency. Vehicles and <br />equipment purchased in whole or in part with Commission funds shall display the same. Vehicles shall be marked <br />on the rear and both sides. <br />23.00 Bills for Fees: Bills for fees or other compensation for services or expenses shall be submitted in detail <br />sufficient for a proper preaudit and postaudit thereof. <br />24.00 Travel Expenses: Bills for any travel expenses shall be submitted in accordance with sl 12.061. The <br />Commission may establish rates lower than the maximum provided in s.112.061. <br />
