Second Resolution roryvi.,1 I"���� <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-175 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE <br />OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 23RD AVENUE NORTH <br />OF EIGHTH STREET AND OTHER IRTFRESTO <br />MRSONS MAY AMYMR BEFORE THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO <br />THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF <br />CONSTRUCTING A WATER MAIN, AS TO THE <br />COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF <br />PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT <br />THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST <br />EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-1_U, determined that <br />it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, <br />and owning property within the area described hereafter, <br />that a water main be installed in approximately ten proper- <br />ties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be <br />specially assessed with respect thereto shall be $$0.0735 <br />per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused <br />an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility <br />Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, 411-46, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and <br />place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the <br />propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as <br />to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, <br />and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />
