fksSecond Resolutaon ' i1/8/90(UT1L)Reso3(DO Vk <br />i <br />l <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-181 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE <br />OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 26TH AVENUE SOUTH <br />OF E I GHTH S`rREET AND OTAFR�1Ni7E6 <br />PERSONS—MAV—AMR BEFORE THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO <br />THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF <br />CONSTRUCTING A NEW WATER MAIN AS WELL AS <br />AN EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING EIGHTH <br />STREET WATER MAIN; AS TO THE COST <br />THEREOF; AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR; AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF <br />TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH <br />PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County has, by Resolution No. 90-1,U, determined that <br />It is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, <br />and owning property within the area described hereafter, <br />that a water main be installed in approximately 33 proper- <br />ties hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be <br />specially assessed with respect thereto shall be $$0.1673 <br />per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused <br />an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility <br />Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, 411-46, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and <br />place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed <br />or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the <br />propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as <br />to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, <br />and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each <br />property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />
