RESOLUTION 90-185 <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE <br />PLEASE TARE NOTICE that the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at <br />9:05 AM on Tuesday, January 29, 1991 in the Commission Chambers <br />located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida to discuss the <br />advisability, cost and the amount of the assessments against each <br />property for paving and drainage improvements, to: <br />1) Frangipani Drive from C.R. 510 to Magnolia Drive <br />2) 39th Avenue from 6th Street to 8th Street <br />3) 1st Place from 27th Avenue to 24th Avenue <br />PLEASE TARE FURTHER NOTICE that at the same public hearing, <br />the Board of County Commissioners shall also hear all interested <br />persons regarding the proposed assessments contained in the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for the improvements described <br />above. The preliminary assessment rolls are currently on file <br />with the Clerk to the Board. <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the <br />Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, <br />he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such <br />purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the <br />proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and <br />evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the foregoing <br />' recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved its adoption.
