a raze estaviisnea Dy tine noara o= uounzy uommissioners ar- tine <br />time of preparation of the final assessment roll, and shall be <br />payable in two (2) equal installments, the first to be made <br />twelve (12) months from the due date and subsequent payments to <br />be due yearly; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and <br />anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of <br />County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lot 1 & 2, Block C; Lots 3 through 9, Block C; Lots 4 <br />through 11, Block B; Oceanaire Heights, Unit 1, <br />Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 84 of the <br />Public Records of Indian River County. <br />Lots 1 through 9, Block D; Lots 10 through 18, Block E; <br />Oceanaire Heights, Unit 2, Subdivision as recorded in <br />Plat Book 4, Page 4 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County. <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block J; and Lots 9 through 16, Block <br />H; Oceanaire Heights, Unit 3, Subdivision as recorded <br />in Plat Book 5, Page 53 of the Public Records of Indian <br />River County. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to Frangipani Drive from C.R. 510 to Magnolia Drive <br />in Oceanaire Heights Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public <br />Works Project No. 8845 is hereby approved subject to the terms <br />outlined above and all applicable requirements of Section 11-41, <br />et seq. Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />2 <br />
