Lime v= <br />preparatiLvn UL Lile <br />Llnal a5ec5smenl, EUL1, a1lU 511aLL 1JC <br />payable <br />in two (2) equal <br />installments, <br />the first to be made <br />twelve <br />(12) months from the <br />due date and <br />subsequent payments to <br />be due yearly; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and <br />anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of <br />County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 11 through 20, Block G; and Lots 10 through 18, <br />Block F; Citrus Gardens Subdivision as recorded in Plat <br />Book 3, Page 81 of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County. Also the west 10 acres of Tract 3 of the <br />Indian River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in <br />Plat Book 2, Page 25 of the Public Records of St. Lucie <br />County, now lying in Indian River County. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 39th Avenue from 6th Street to 8th Street in <br />Citrus Gardens Subdivision; heretofore designated as Public Works <br />Project No. 8911 is hereby approved subject to the terms outlined <br />above and all applicable requirements of Section 11-41, et seq. <br />Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Bird who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />2 <br />
