Book 644, Page 1. <br />All lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, p'LORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified <br />in their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for construction of a <br />recreation path on the west side of AlA from the south city limit <br />of Vero Beach to the south Moorings line (Spyglass Lane); <br />heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 9016 is hereby <br />approved subject to the terms outlined above and all applicable <br />requirements of Section 11-41, et seq. Indian River County Code <br />of Laws and Ordinances. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice Chairman Richard N.
