This Resolution is adopted pursuant to provisions of <br />Ordinance No. 86-88 of the County (the "Ordinance"), <br />Chapter 125, Florida <br />Statutes (1988), as amended, and other applicable provisions of law. <br />SECIMN 2. It is hereby found and determined as follows that: <br />A. By Resolution No. 87-142, the Board, inter glia, approved <br />certain sanitary sewer improvements in the County (the "Project") and <br />determined to Assess dial Assessments in Lieu of Ilipact Fees <br />("Assessments") against certain properties situate in certain <br />unincorporated areas in the northern portion of the County to be serviced <br />by the Project. <br />B. Said Resolution of the Board has been duly published by the <br />Clerk of the County one time in a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the county, as provided therein. <br />C. An assessment plat and an assessment roll with respect to the <br />Assessments have been duly prepared and are attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof. <br />1 <br />
