All <br />approved minor site plans shall be signed by <br />the community development director or his <br />designee. Appeals of decisions of the TRC may be made by <br />applicants pursuant to the provisions of • - •� <br />Section 914.13. <br />6. Driving Aisle Widths for Mini -Storage Projects. Section <br />954.05(39) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(39) Mini -storage facilities. Mini -storage facilities shall <br />require a minimum of four (4) spaces. One space per <br />three thousand (3,000) square feet of gross floor area of <br />the building(s). All spaces shall be located adjacent to <br />the facility's office. Additionally, driving aisles, a <br />minimum of ' twenty (20) feet wide for one-way <br />aisles, shall be provided adjacent to the entrance of <br />each storage unit having an exterior door or other <br />exterior opening for loading and unloading. Driving <br />aisle width standards may be increased by the public <br />works director for two-way traffic flow. In addition, <br />two (2) spaces per watchman's quarters are required. <br />(a) Outdoor storage of vehicles may occur on paved <br />surfaces or stabilized surfaces as approved by the <br />public works director. The outdoor storage area <br />must be screened from any rights-of-way or adjacent <br />residentially zoned areas by a Type "B" buffer. <br />7. Update of Chapter 912 SR 60 Setback Allowance. Section <br />912.07(1)(b)l is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1. S.R. 60: All developments abutting S.R. 60 shall setback <br />seventy-five (75) feet from the S.R. 60 right-of-way. <br />This seventv-five foot setback shall not aDDly to <br />individual lots of record lawfully created prior to <br />October 9, 1992 having a depth of one hundred fifty (150) <br />feet or less as measured from S.R. 60 road right-of-way. <br />8. Open Space Calculation for Agricultural Properties with <br />Manmade Water Bodies. <br />A. Section 901.03 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Open space the gross area of the site less building <br />coverage, parking surface, internal traffic circulation <br />system, and any exclusions herein specifically set forth. <br />Open space is green area, natural or landscaped. Up to <br />thirty (30) percent of the open space requirement for a <br />development may be satisfied by a body or bodies of water <br />contained within the development area."
