_ M <br />ORDINANCE 95-10 <br />E. Section 971.41(1) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(1) Accessory housinq for ni htwatchmen. <br />(Administrative permit • no <br />Planning and Zoning Commission review or approval <br />required if associated with a site plan reviewed as an <br />administrative approval or minor site plan; and special <br />exception). <br />(a) Districts requiring administrative permit <br />approval, (pursuant to the provisions of <br />971.04): A-1, A-2, A-3, CH, IL, IG. <br />(b) Districts requiring special exception <br />approval, (pursuant to the provisions of <br />971.05): Con -1. <br />(c) Additional information requirements: <br />I. A written statement specifically <br />describing the nature of the facilities <br />for which security is needed and the <br />length of time the quarters will be <br />needed; <br />2. A site plan in accordance with Chapter <br />914; <br />3. A list of the time during which the <br />quarters will be used and the number of <br />persons occupying them. <br />(d) Criteria for accessory housing for <br />nightwatchmen: <br />1. Such housing shall be used exclusively by <br />person(s) employed for the purpose of <br />ensuring the security of the premises <br />during the evening and/or nonbusiness <br />hours; - <br />2. These quarters shall only be inhabited by <br />employees during their respective shift <br />hours and at no time shall be used as a <br />principal dwelling; <br />3. Such quarters shall be provided with <br />potable water and sanitary sewer <br />facilities and may contain kitchen <br />facilities; <br />4. Such quarters shall only be large enough <br />to accommodate the maximum number of <br />persons who may use the quarters during <br />any one shift; <br />F. Section 971.41(4) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(4) Guest cottages and servant quarters (administrative <br />permit . special exception).: no Planning and Zoning <br />Commission review or approval required if associated with <br />39 <br />MAY 31, 1995 Bm, 95 PAS 256 <br />
