RESOLUTION N0: 89- 8 <br />A_RESOLUTION•OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISS <br />cnALKMAN OF THE BOARD TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION <br />FOR A HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM TO ASSIST <br />LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AS ADMINISTERED BY THE STATE <br />'OF FLORIDA'S DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />f <br />County has reviewed this proposal and ,has received the recom- <br />mendation from the Executive Director,,.of the Indian River County <br />Housing Authority, <br />N <br />,,. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman <br />and the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners are authorized <br />to execute the attached Application to the State of Florida's <br />Department of Community Affairs for a Community Services Block <br />Grant Program (CSBG). <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Scurlock <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggert and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />r`iairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice Chairman Carolyn K.
