' PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing <br />at 9:05 AM on Tuesday March 21 1989 in the <br />Commission Chambers located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, <br />Florida to discuss the advisability, cost and the amount of the <br />assessments against each property for paving and drainage <br />improvements, located on 87th Street from 102 Avenue to C.R. 510 <br />in Vero Lakes Estates. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the same public hearing, <br />the Board of County Commissioners shall also hear all interested <br />persons regarding the proposed assessments contained in the <br />preliminary assessment roll for the improvements described above. <br />The preliminary assessment roll is currently on file with the <br />Clerk to the Board. <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the <br />Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, <br />he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such <br />Purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the <br />proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and <br />evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the foregoing <br />recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock <br />Who moved its adoption.
