3/21/89(WGCD3)LEGAL(WCC/nhm) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-30 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 87TH STREET FROM 102ND <br />AVENUE TO C.R. 510 IN VERO LAKES <br />ESTATES. <br />WHEREAS, on January 31, 1989 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 89-13 providing for <br />certain paving and drainage improvements to 87th Street in <br />Vero Lakes Estates; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 28, 1989 the Board of County <br />Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 89-24 setting the date <br />and time for a public hearing to discuss the advisability, <br />costs and amount of the assessment against each property <br />owner; and <br />WHEREAS, this hearing was held on March 21, 1989 <br />and any complaints having been heard at public hearing, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as <br />follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and <br />ratified in their entirety. <br />2. The attached assessment roll for certain <br />paving and drainage improvements to 87th Street from 102nd <br />Avenue to C.R. S10 in Vero Lakes Estates is approved, <br />Pursuant to Section 11-47, Code of Laws and Ordinances of <br />Indian River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Eggert who moved its adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner Bowman and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />1 <br />
