WHEREAS, there were no objections to the name change; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Fellsmere <br />Management Company Water and Sewer Utility Franchise is authorized <br />to change its name to Sun Ag, Inc., Water and Sewer Utility <br />Franchise, effective immediately. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert , who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bird <br />the vote was as follows: <br />and, upon being put to a vote, <br />Chairman Gary Wheeler _Axe <br />Vice -Chairman Carolyn Eggert <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Don C.
