t 4 S <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89 <br />S i <br />1.- The above recitals are ratified in their <br />entirety. <br />2. The Jungle Trail Management Plan, as modified <br />at public hearing, Is hereby adopted pursuant to Indian <br />River County Ordinance Section18-26 as the guidelines for <br />maintenance of the scenic and historic road known as Jungle <br />Trail. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Scurlock__ and seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggert —, and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
