29. "Reserve Account" shall mean the account in the Sinking <br />Fund created pursuant to the Resolution whereby a sum at least <br />equal to and sufficient to pay the maximum amount of principal <br />and interest on all outstanding Bonds becoming due in any <br />ensuing Fiscal Year, subject to certain conditions, shall be <br />held. <br />30. "Resolution" shall mean Resolution No. 89-19 relating <br />to the Bonds, adopted by the County on February 14, 1989, as the <br />same may be amended and supplemented. <br />31. "Revenue Fund" shall mean the account created pursuant <br />to the Resolution into which all Revenues of the System shall be <br />deposited by the County. <br />32. "Revenues" shall mean (1) the Uniform Charges; (2) with <br />the consent of the Bond Insurer so long as any Series 1989 Bonds <br />are outstanding, such Surcharges, Impact Fees, Special <br />Assessments, Franchise Fees and Fees in lieu of Franchise Fees <br />as the Board, by resolution, may pledge specifically in <br />connection with the Bonds; and (3) with the consent of the Bond <br />Insurer so long as any Series 1989 Bonds are outstanding, such <br />other receipts and revenues of the County as the Board, by <br />resolution, may pledge specifically in connection with the <br />Bonds. "Revenues" shall not include, however, such receipts and <br />revenues as, from time to time, may be released from the pledge <br />in accordance with the terms of the Resolution. <br />33. "Senior Lien Bond Resolution" shall mean Resolution <br />No. 82-61 of the County, together with all amendments and <br />supplements thereto, providing for the issuance and security of <br />the Senior Lien Bonds. <br />34. "Senior Lien Bonds" shall mean sewer and water revenue <br />bonds that may be issued to FmHA as permitted by the <br />Resolution. <br />35. "Senior Lien Bonds Debt Service" shall mean the <br />principal and interest payable on bonds issued to FmHA and <br />having a right to payment from and a lien on the Pledged Funds <br />senior to the lien granted for the benefit of the holders of <br />Bonds issued under this Resolution, as permitted by the <br />Resolution. <br />36. "Senior Lien Bonds Reserve Account Payments" shall mean <br />the amounts required to be deposited in each month to the credit <br />of the reserve account in the sinking fund for the Senior Lien <br />Bonds under Section 3.04(C)(4) of the Senior Lien Bond <br />Resolution so long as any Senior Lien Bonds are outstanding. <br />37. "Series 1989 Bonds" shall mean the Water and Sewer <br />Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1989, authorized and issued <br />pursuant to the Resolution. <br />
