�j <br />i <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-49 <br />3. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners <br />y <br />is authorized to submit the grant application. <br />4. The 50$ match, i.e., $200,000, will be available <br />and unencumbered at the time of grant award. <br />5. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners <br />Gary C. Wheeler is authorized to sign the application. <br />6. Indian River County assures the State that the <br />Count <br />y has fee simple title to the land on which the library <br />will be built and has the unconditional right to use the <br />land and building for a public library. <br />7. Indian (liver County assures the State that <br />sufficient funding will be available in order that the <br />project will result in a completed library building. <br />8. Indian River County assures the State that upon <br />completion of the project sufficient funds will be available <br />to operate the facility. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Scurlock----, and the motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner -Bird---- and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
