Resolution No. 89-20 of the County and Ordinance No. 0-87-01, Resolution No. R- <br />87-85, Resolution No. R-89-07 and Resolution No. R-89-12 of the City, pursuant <br />to and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement. <br />C. "Authorized Investments" shall mean those investments specified <br />in Section 125.31, Florida Statutes (1988), as amended. <br />County. D. "Board" shall mean the Board of County Commissioners of the <br />E. "Bonds" shall mean the $7,560,000 aggregate principal amount of <br />Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 1989, authorized and issued pursuant <br />to this Resolution and the Act. <br />F. "Bond Registrar" shall mean the bond registrar for the Bonds to <br />be determined by subsequent resolution of the County. <br />G. "City" shall mean the City of Sebastian, Florida. <br />H. "County" shall mean Indian River County, Florida. <br />I. "Federal Securities" shall mean direct obligations of the United <br />States of America, or obligations the principal of and interest on which are <br />unconditionally guaranteed by the United States of America, which are not <br />redeemable prior to maturity at the option of the obligor. <br />J. "Fiscal Year" shall mean the period beginning with and <br />including October 1 of each year and ending with and including the next <br />September 30. <br />K. "Impact Fee Trust Fund" shall mean the."Impact Fee Trust Fund <br />for the Expansion of the Indian River County Sewerage System" established under <br />Section 24-38(f) of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of the County. <br />L. "Intergovernmental Agreement" shall mean the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement dated February 3, 1987, by and between the County and the City <br />relating to, among other things, the imposition of special assessments in lieu <br />of impact fees upon property within the territorial limits of the City. <br />M. "North County Wastewater System" shall mean the physically <br />independent sewer system to be acquired and constructed by the County in the <br />northern portion of the County, the costs of which, in part, shall be paid from <br />proceeds of the Bonds. <br />N. "Paying Agent" shall mean the paying agent for the Bonds to be <br />determined by subsequent resolution of the County. <br />- 2 - <br />
