RENEWAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This lease renewal entered into this 16th day of February , 2021, by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, "Landlord" and Nick Pappas & Ember <br />Pappas "Tenant" do hereby agree to renew the Lease Agreement dated March 1711, 2020. <br />The renewal term of the lease is for (6) six months.
