We are now ready to <br />begin the assessment process associated with this project (see attached agenda <br />item and minutes of the above meeting). <br />There are 14 platted lots and a parcel described as Tract A in this subdivision; <br />the typical lot sizes are one acre ±. The to property owners signing the petition <br />represent 73% of the properties to be served. The attached map displays the area <br />to benefit from the assessment project. <br />Attached are Resolutions I and II for the assessment project. The total estimated <br />cost to be assessed is $47,899.64. The cost per square foot is $0.0712649. <br />This project is to be funded through the assessment of property owners along the <br />proposed water line route.
