We are now ready to <br />begin the assessment process associated with this project (see attached agenda <br />item and minutes of the above meeting). <br />There are 14 platted lots and a parcel described as Tract A in this subdivision; <br />the typical lot sizes are one acre ±. The to property owners signing the petition <br />represent 73% of the properties to be served. The attached map displays the area <br />to benefit from the assessment project. <br />Attached are Resolutions I and II for the assessment project. The total estimated <br />cost to be assessed is $47,899.64. The cost per square foot is $0.0712649. <br />This project is to be funded through the assessment of property owners along the <br />proposed water line route. In the interim, financing will be through the use of <br />impact fee funds. <br />*i*];Q_4ZP2• <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />county commissioners approve the attached Resolutions which approve the <br />preliminary assessment roll and establish the public hearing date. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-66, providing for water service to <br />Sundowners Subdivision. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-67, setting a time and place for <br />public hearing. <br />EIV <br />June, 6 1995 <br />BOOP( 95 PACE 92.117 <br />
