Boa 95 uu, 030 <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) - 5 / 23/95 (reso/ sundown) Vk/ DC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- 6 7 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED <br />IN SUNDOWNERS SUBDIVISION, AND OTHER <br />INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br />HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABIL- <br />ITY OF CONSTRUCTING THE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION, AS TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO <br />THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS <br />TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br />ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has, by Resolution ..No. 95- 66 , determined that it is <br />necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and <br />particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within <br />the area described hereafter, that a waterline be installed to serve 14 <br />platted lots and a parcel described as Tract A in Sundowners <br />Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially <br />assessed with respect thereto shall be $0.0712649 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an <br />assessment roll to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires <br />that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at <br />which the owners of the properties to be assessed or any other persons <br />interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of <br />constructing such water main extension, as to the cost thereof, as to <br />the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be <br />assessed against each property benefited thereby, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1.
