Blum for Release of an Easement <br />Located at 4531 7th PL SW <br />It is requested that the Board of County Commissioners formally consider the following information at its <br />regular meeting of January 5th, 2021. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County has been petitioned by Catherine Mary Blum and Brendon R. Blum owners of a lot located at <br />4531 7th PL SW for release of a portion of a landscape buffer easement located across the rear of their <br />lot. The purpose of the easement release request is to accommodate the construction of a swimming pool <br />and deck. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The request has been reviewed by the County Surveyor, the Indian River County Community <br />Development Department, the Indian River County Road & Bridge and Engineering Divisions, and the <br />Arbor Trace Subdivision Home Owners Association. None of the reviewing entities expressed an <br />objection to the requested release of easement, and as such, it is staff s position that the requested <br />easement release will have no adverse impact on the subject property or any adjacent properties. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through adoption of the proposed resolution, approve release of the <br />landscape buffer easement as described in the attached resolution. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
