The contract <br />has allocated 90 calendar days for Substantial Completion of this project and 120 calendar days for <br />Final Completion. In accordance with Article 3.2 of the Agreement the date of Substantial Completions <br />is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all insurance <br />required under "Instructions to Bidder, General Terms and Conditions" and such insurance has been <br />delivered to the OWNER and approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any <br />Subcontractor to commence work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the <br />Subcontractor has been so obtained and approved.
